Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer works closely as a member of our Brand creative team to produce deliverables that elevate our global Brand presence and Beyond events. This designer will fill a primary role on a small team that has been tasked to raise brand awareness and compete at an international scale. This person will help shape the perception and identity of Pax8 through progressive, high-end design and conceptual creative events. We are looking for a creative problem solver that is looking to push the limits in style and design that sets a new standard for brand identity within our industry.
Essential Responsibilities:
Create a progressive visual identity and design high-quality print and digital brand collateral that promotes our global brand image
Create and organize graphic materials for digital marketing, social media channels, web, field, and branding needs
Effectively communicate our brand identity and ensure the credibility of all assets
Brainstorm and contribute to discussions on brand campaigns, branding activation, merchandise, and web properties
Stay current with latest graphic design, ad design, and web design trends
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least five (5) years’ experience in an agency or design-focused company
Advanced proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite and proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
An online portfolio that shows progressive design themes and success across a variety of mediums
A meticulous, thorough, and passionate view of design and branding
Master of typography, strong image-maker (photoshopping, comping, retouching, color correction), and expert at design and color composition.
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Ability to operate effectively, even when things are not defined or the way forward is not clear
Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
Ability to problem-solve and self-teach in order to overcome obstacles without instruction
Ability to recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $66,000 to $82,000, or more depending on experience.
Expected Closing Date:12/06/2024
