The Role

As an Entry-Level Configuration Engineer at Masabi, you'll join our Launch Operations team, focusing on onboarding, customization, and deployment of our platform for clients. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Engineering teams, gaining valuable experience in managing apps and environments.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in configuration, ensuring smooth roll-out for new clients/brands

• Oversee brand maintenance tasks, including pricing adjustments and product launches

• Manage content, including updates and localizations

• Assist in building and releasing apps via App Store Connect and Google Play Store

• Configure third-party web tools like Google Analytics and conduct thorough smoke testing

• Create and refine processes, checklists, and documentation

• Investigate and resolve application issues, documenting solutions

About You

• Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, drive, and resilience

• Excel in teamwork with outstanding organizational and communication skills

• Proven interest in programming or IT related fields through either educational programs or through actual practical experience

• Detail-oriented with a forward-thinking, solution-focused mindset

• Passionate about contributing to a goal-oriented team, driving progress, and innovation

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Database & SQL Scripting

• Familiarity with source control (Git) and build/deploy tools like Bamboo

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java

• Foundational understanding of Quality Assurance practices
