Government Incentives Consultant (MIPS) Location: Remote (up to 20% travel expected) Department: Consulting About DAS Health DAS Health is a healthcare IT and business solutions provider focused on helping healthcare organizations improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance. We deliver managed IT services, revenue cycle solutions, and consulting services to physician groups and healthcare organizations across the country. Position Summary The Government Incentives Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for MIPS and other quality reporting programs, acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams, partners, and customers. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, optimizing reporting performance, and delivering measurable value through program outcomes. You will partner closely with DAS Health account teams, VARs, and clients to drive efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities:

  • Act as project lead for Government Incentives engagements, managing timelines and ensuring successful delivery of reporting requirements

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in MIPS reporting, providing strategic guidance to improve client performance and compliance

  • Coordinate program implementation and training for internal teams, partners, and clients

  • Analyze client performance data to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate compliance risks

  • Support Marketing and Client Services with subject matter expertise for sales materials and educational resources

  • Resolve complex client issues related to Government Incentives programs with accuracy and urgency

  • Stay current on regulatory changes, market trends, and competitive solutions

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, Government Incentives, or EHR systems

  • Strong expertise in MIPS reporting and EHR functionality

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Experience working with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business and technical challenges

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

  • Flexibility to support after-hours or overtime work as needed to meet deadlines

  • Comfortable learning and training others on new technologies

  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Commitment to compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
