- Lead the design and development of software solutions using GoLang GCP and GRPC technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of provisioning billing systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize software performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software solutions and processes.
- Implement robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of software applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions.
- Participate in the planning and execution of software development projects ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that all software solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements.
-Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in GoLang with proven experience in developing scalable and efficient software applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
- Have extensive experience with GRPC for building high-performance scalable APIs.
- Show proficiency in designing and implementing provisioning billing systems ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $1,19,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
