Global Product Compliance Coordinator

For new product efforts across Binance Global, the Product Compliance team offers regulatory assistance and recommendations. From initial development to product launch, you'll play a crucial part in the new product lifecycle in this position leading the organization of the process and automate the delivery of the efficient delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Global Head of Product Compliance in developing and embedding a robust and efficient framework to facilitate end-to-end compliance control coverage for business unit product launches, new features, maintenance, and support to implement country product restrictions.

• Lead on moving the process into Jira (or similar system) to facilitate the efficient delivery across all stakeholders from product, legal, global and local compliance teams, etc.

• Work on the improvements to the process including SLAs, KPIs and required interactions. 

• Monitoring new product and initiatives approval process performance to ensure timely delivery, coordinate the stakeholders.

• Develop monitoring dashboards and management information mechanismsLiaise with the Product Teams relevant staff to ensure updates to the register of upcoming products, changes and new initiatives.

• Liaise with the Product Compliance Team members responsible for the product lines to assist with the organizational aspects where required and own underlying BRDs.

• Work closely with the PM/operations staff within product teams to facilitate organization of the process and underlying work streams.

• Assist Product Compliance Framework Manager maintain the RACI setting out roles and responsibilities between the relevant stakeholders to the framework.

• Build strong and effective relationships across the business to promote a positive image of the Product Compliance Team and efficiently support and deliver work activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a project manager or coordinator in financial regulatory industry experience, preferably at a crypto native business, fintech, broker-dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or bank holding company.

• Knowledge of project management tools.

• Commercial awareness and focus on efficient processesExcellent organizational and planning skills.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

• Understanding of the products offered by Binance and the technology behind the products.
