Job Overview
The Enterprise Services team works to empower learners, partners, and enterprise customers to achieve their goals on Coursera. We help learners succeed by implementing innovative systems and processes that solve problems. We also develop best practices and technical expertise to enable our partners to create high-quality content. As strong advocates for the Coursera community, we work to align cross-functional teams and build scalable solutions to continuously improve the Coursera experience. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our Mountain View, New York, Toronto London, Gurgaon, and Abu Dhabi offices.
As our Global Implementation Consultant, you will join our Enterprise Services Team to own the implementations of our standard enterprise clients. Our goal is to build a Coursera solution quickly and successfully that drives impact at scale across all of our standard client organizations. This role is also very cross-functional. You can expect to work with members within our sales, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, finance, learner services, and legal teams in service of Coursera’s growth and long-term success.
Responsibilities
Successfully configure and launch Coursera’s Enterprise product on time according to the client’s requirements with high quality and contribute to building implementation methodology
Independently manage projects by both leveraging client relationships as well as using data analysis to track our build to launch phase
Find scalable solutions and strategies which help us in defining implementation methodology, create project documentation, procedures, and best practices for implementation services while managing requirements, scope, and timeline for the project
Onboard clients on Coursera’s Enterprise product to ensure awareness and understanding of the platform and the solution
Establish effective feedback mechanism to channel insights and client feedback to cross-functional teams and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
Basic Qualifications
4+ years in customer-facing roles in a high growth organization
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
Experience in owning and managing end to end delivery, ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and driving results
Demonstrated history in project management and change management
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Education Technology
Prior experience in Saas Implementations or customer management
Business fluency in English and Spanish
A passion for education, education reform, and interest in working for a social enterprise
Proven sense of customer empathy and customer-centricity
Entrepreneurial mindset
