Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quadratic Funding Round Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end lifecycle of quadratic funding rounds on Giveth, ensuring smooth execution from planning stage to donation phase to post-round analysis. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to set round specifications, curate projects, raise matching pools, manage data analysis, and basically run each round from start-to-finish effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate w/ partners and other stakeholders to determine round specifications such as; matching pool size, eligible chains and tokens, eligible projects, etc.
Collaborate with market & design teams to prepare communications for before, during & after the round such as; email campaigns, Twitter threads & spaces, etc.
Conduct outreach and strategize fundraising for matching pools, managing sponsors & proposals, and following up and reporting back achievements.
Manage sponsor-related data and communications.
During the round, monitor support channels and address any issues promptly.
Incorporate user feedback and other stakeholder suggestions to create and manage development issues for round improvements and adjustments; using1-on-1 meetings and surveys
Coordinate developers, partners and other stakeholders to effectively perform post-round data analysis, with Google Sheets and other quantitative analysis tools.
Create proposals and forum posts detailing funds distributions and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project or product management, preferably in the Web3 or crowdfunding industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Experience with fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies.
Technical proficiency in data analysis, crunching numbers, and reporting tools; Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and DeFi concepts.
