We need a natural born leader at General Magic to be the Head of Marketing. The finest candidate has innovative ideas and effective communication skills to increase value, efficiency, and quality in our organization and our products.They are proactive and able to contribute expertise to successfully communicate our brands with our greater community. To succeed in this role you must:
Be a person-centered leader when managing the marketing team.
Be numbers and data driven when making strategic decisions.
Have experience with product digital marketing; funnels, user growth and acquisition.
Be creative with an experimentation mindset.
Be able to use Web2 digital marketing best practices in a web3 native context.
Have examples of your past work ready for the interview process, preferably Web3 examples.
Capacity to execute your own strategy.
Job Responsibilities
Understand the General Magic services, products and the “Giveth Galaxy” ecosystem; such as Pairwise, Web3 swag shops, Giveth, Praise and OP RetroPGF.
Define and maintain all of the General Magic & Giveth Galaxy product’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Create quarterly KPIs and strategies to target new users and product adoption.
Create a clear funnel for desired user actions and track conversion rates for each step.
Plan a strategy and action plan for products acquisition including; SEO, content marketing (social media with a focus on inbound), online events (Twitter spaces, webinars), lead magnets (acquiring emails), giveaways, referral marketing, and paid ads experiments.
Plan a strategy and action plan for funnel conversion with email onboarding campaigns and educational content to increase conversion rates.
Plan a re-engagement and re-activation strategy for dormant users.
Create an audit and analysis of the General Magic and Giveth Galaxy products for; problem unaware, problem aware, solution unaware, solution aware and General Magic aware clients.
Oversee and project manage content creation and strategy implementation within our Giveth Galaxy marketing team; Build a workflow existing contributors
Manage and mentor our high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, collaboration, and excellence.
