As General Counsel at Myriad360, you are a key driver of the company’s growth, not just its legal function. You will partner closely with the executive team to shape strategy, execute mergers and acquisitions and structure high-impact deals that accelerate the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own transactions end-to-end, build scalable legal frameworks and enable the company to move quickly and confidently in a complex technology landscape.

Must be based in the United States.
Other responsibilities include:
Strategic Legal Leadership
Serve as primary legal advisor to the CEO, CFO, and executive team
Align legal strategy with business objectives, including M&A and expansion initiatives
Identify and proactively manage legal and regulatory risks
Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate Development
Lead legal aspects of M&A transactions from end-to-end (LOI through close and integration)
Support deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and execution
Partner with finance and corporate development on valuation, risk assessment, and deal strategy
Manage external counsel and coordinate across internal stakeholders
Support post-acquisition integration, including entity structuring and contractual alignment
Commercial & Contracts
Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of customer, vendor, and partner agreements
Support complex enterprise deals and strategic partnerships
Standardize and streamline contracting processes
Corporate Governance & Compliance
Manage corporate governance, board matters, and entity structure
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (U.S. and international as applicable)
Develop and maintain internal policies and compliance programs
Risk Management & Disputes
Oversee litigation, disputes, and outside counsel relationships
Manage claims, vendor disputes, and customer escalations
Implement risk mitigation frameworks across the organization
Employment & HR Support
Advise on employment matters, including hiring, terminations, and policies
Partner with HR on investigations and sensitive issues
Data Privacy & Technology
Oversee data privacy, cybersecurity, and information governance
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and related frameworks
Advise on SaaS, licensing, and intellectual property matters
Desired skills and experience:
JD from an accredited law school; active bar membership
10–15+ years of legal experience (law firm + in-house preferred)
Strong M&A transaction experience, including leading deals end-to-end
Experience in technology, services, or managed solutions environment
Deep experience in commercial contracting and enterprise sales support
Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and employment law
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $275,000-$315,000 base salary, plus opportunities for bonus. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
