We are a Games Studio based in Sweden and Finland with an ambition to create entertaining, high-quality iGaming slots. We aim to build artistically unique, easy-to-play, analytics-based slot games focusing on creating a unique game experience customised for each player audience. This combined with our experience and knowledge to build a cutting-edge framework allows us to build high-quality content more efficiently than ever seen in the market.
We are looking for a Game Client Developer who will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing game client solutions on our platform. You will work closely with our CTO, Product Owner, Game Developers, Animator, Graphic, and QA team. You will also be the main tech person in the game, helping others with tech stuff and being a 'one-stop-shop' for all technical issues.
As a Game Client Developer, you will:
• Develop game client solutions using TypeScript, MVC, React, and Object Oriented programming
• Work on existing and new games, as well as on our framework and platform
• To learn how we work you will support other developers the first period of time, and then take full ownership of your own production
• Plan your work ahead of time, analyse edge cases and organise your own work is an important part of your duties
• Follow and adapt to our company code standards and best practices
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with your team and other stakeholders
• Participate in daily stand-ups, demos, and feedback sessions
• Travel once or twice a year for a one-week trip with your team
To be a successful Game Client Developer, you need:
• At least 5 years of experience in game development, preferably 3+ years in slot games
• Proficiency in TypeScript, MVC, React, and Object Oriented programming
• Experience with Cocos Creator is a bonus
• You have a flexible and self-motivated work ethic
• An analytical approach and curious personality
• A kind and responsible attitude
• A willingness to learn new things and question your own solutions
• A pride in your work and a passion for gaming
