Funnel Operations Specialist

As a Funnel Operations Specialist at Appen, you'll be responsible for setting up and managing project workflows to ensure a smooth experience for our contributors. You'll handle the qualification process, test project setups, and regularly review the contributor journey to find ways to improve. Your role involves analysing data, offering strategic recommendations, and optimizing operations to boost performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Setup:

• Create and manage qualification processes for projects using internal systems.

• Set up and test new projects to ensure an optimal contributor experience.

•    Develop and review qualification quizzes and assessments following client-approved guidelines.

• Data Analysis and Recommendations

• Analyze historical data and use cases to provide strategic advice for refining qualification processes.

• Qualification Operations

• Develop, test, and ensure the smooth execution of qualification procedures.

• User Experience Auditing

• Conduct end-to-end audits of the contributor experience.

• Identify issues and suggest improvements to enhance the qualification process.

• Contributor Feedback Implementation

• Review contributor feedback to continuously improve the qualification process and overall funnel.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be based in the Philippines or China.

• Fluency in English and Chinese.

• Familiarity with project management systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make actionable recommendations.

• Experience in process improvement and user experience auditing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

• Ability to adapt to feedback and drive continuous improvement.
