We are well on our way to our ultimate goal: Bellesa becoming the next major online community for women, and the one-stop-hub for all things female sexuality on the Internet. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our web applications using React.js.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend engineers, and product managers, to create seamless user experiences that align with our company's goals and customer needs. Your expertise in React.js and frontend development will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, performance, and user-friendliness of our web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend components and features using React.js.

• Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic and APIs.

• Optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, usability issues, and other frontend challenges.

• Implement and maintain frontend development best practices, coding standards, and documentation.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, libraries, and industry trends.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in frontend development with a strong emphasis on React.js.

• Proficient understanding of web markup languages (HTML, CSS) and client-side scripting.

• Experience with CSS in JS (styled components)

• Solid understanding of JavaScript and its core principles.

• Experience with Fontend build tools (Webpack, Babel).

• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest) and test-driven development.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the ecommerce industry, preferably with a focus on consumer-facing platforms.

• Familiarity with video streaming technologies and related frameworks.

• Understanding of server-side technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express.js).

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
