What are you going to do?
You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a digital innovation company specializing in creating outstanding custom mobile applications and advanced digital solutions.
Occupy a unique position in the market, leading the development of high-quality applications using React and TypeScript. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to build scalable and performant solutions.
Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using React and TypeScript. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Architectural Design: Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to define technical requirements and design scalable, high-performance solutions.
Code Quality: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, writing comprehensive tests, and adhering to best practices and coding standards
Project Management: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, set priorities, and deliver projects on time.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by working with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive improvements in development processes, tools, and practices.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
What will help you succeed
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
Domain Experience: Fintech
Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and related technologies (e.g., Redux, Hooks, GraphQL).
Architecture: Experience with designing and implementing scalable web application architectures.
Testing: Proficiency in writing unit tests and integration tests, with knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
