As a Front-End Developer at Percona, you will play a crucial role in crafting the user interface and experience of our SaaS products. You'll work closely with team members to implement intuitive and visually compelling front-end solutions that align with the overall product vision and enhance user satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
Have a strong foundation in problem solving and experimentation (i.e. participating and collaborating in the creative process, generating solution ideas, fast-prototyping those ideas, conducting tests, evaluating results, and iterating over and over).
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly interfaces for our SaaS products and continually look for opportunities to make great experiences even better.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end solution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers and other engineers to implement design mockups, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
Contribute to the architectural decisions of the front-end, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in front-end development, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Collaborate on API design and implementation to facilitate smooth data flow between the front and back end.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize front-end code for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
Implement testing and other methodologies to optimize user interactions.
What You Have Done:
Significant experience as a Front-End Developer, building web based products.
Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vu.
Experience with RESTful API integration and understanding of back-end technologies.
Experience with Telemetry integrations and products.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience working on new and innovative projects.
