Atmosera empowers businesses to redefine what's possible with modern technology and human expertise. Our exceptional experience across Applications, Data & AI, DevOps, Security, and the Microsoft Azure platform enables organizations to accelerate innovation, enhance security, and optimize operational agility.

As a Microsoft Partner with nine specializations, GitHub AI Partner of the Year, a member of the GitHub Advisory Board, and a member of the prestigious Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), Atmosera expertly delivers cutting-edge, integrated solutions that deliver business value.

You are joining us as a front-end web developer who will own and evolve the user interfaces for our internal tools. Alongside that primary focus, you will grow into full ownership of our Power BI reporting, building on solid, hands-on Power BI experience to take on report and dashboard delivery. Your day-to-day will involve building and improving user interfaces first and foremost, while growing into ownership of our Power BI reports, dashboards, and report-deployment process — all aimed at making our internal tools more usable and our reporting reliable, consistent, and easy to maintain.

Required Skills

• Years of Experience — 5+ years of experience

• Role-Specific Mastery — Strong, hands-on front-end web development skills (React or similar) as your primary craft, complemented by solid, hands-on Power BI experience — enough to take on full ownership of report and dashboard delivery.

• Operational Excellence — Working knowledge of the Power BI data layer (semantic models, DAX, Power Query/M) and SQL, with comfort learning and eventually owning an existing Python-based deployment/automation codebase.

• Communication — Strong written and spoken English, with the fluency to collaborate clearly with technical, non-technical, and client-facing colleagues.

• Collaboration — Experience partnering with engineers and cross-functional or client-facing teams to make sure the right data is surfaced in the right way, and comfort taking over and improving an inherited platform rather than only building from scratch.

• Problem Solving — A strong eye for design and usability, and the judgment to improve the robustness of an existing deployment process by reducing brittle, manual steps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Power BI Projects (PBIP) — Experience with Power BI Projects and TMDL semantic-model definitions.

• Power Platform — Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Design Tooling — Experience with design systems, component libraries, or UX tooling (e.g., Figma) to keep interfaces consistent and polished.

• Azure Ecosystem — Familiarity with Azure Resource Graph, Log Analytics/KQL, and Microsoft Sentinel.

What Success Looks Like

We measure success by results and alignment. Here is how we define a 'win' for this role over your first year:

After 90 Days

• The Foundation — You have developed a strong understanding of the existing front-end codebase, and are already building and updating individual Power BI reports yourself as part of your onboarding.

• The Integration — You have built working relationships with Engineering and with the client-facing teams who rely on your reporting output, and are fielding Power BI requests directly.

• The Contribution — You have independently delivered several Power BI report or dashboard updates, and shipped your first UI improvement.

After 1 Year

• Your Impact — You have taken full ownership of Power BI reporting — including report delivery and the report-deployment process — while also shipping measurable improvements to our internal tools' UI.

• Your Growth — You have become the team's go-to owner for Power BI reporting and a strong, independent contributor on the front-end codebase.

• Your Influence — You have defined and documented standard measures, naming conventions, and templates that made reporting consistent across programs and clients, and helped shape a new internal configuration-management interface from the ground up.

How We Show Up

These 'Core Three' represent the heartbeat of Atmosera. They are the behaviors and attributes we align to every day, defining how we interact, solve problems, and celebrate our wins together. This is simply who we are at our best.

• Humble (Low Ego, High Impact) — We share credit easily, admit when we're wrong, and view every mistake as a data point for growth.

• Hungry (Internal Drive) — We have a natural bias for action. We don't wait for permission to solve a problem or find a better way to do things.

• Mindful (Intentional Awareness) — We are conscious of our impact on the team. We listen more than we speak and respond to challenges with empathy and situational awareness.

Our Interview Process

We value your time and aim for transparency. Our typical interview process looks like this:

1. Talent Screen: (30 mins) A conversation about your background and the role mission.

2. The Impact & Attributes Assessment: (60 mins) The 'What' (Required Skills and Core Capabilities).  This stage will require a Live coding challenge.

3. Collaborator Loop: (45 mins) The 'How' (Cultural DNA and The Core Three).
