The Role
Home Solutions is seeking a freelance writer for an ongoing project. You’ll be tasked with writing 2–3 articles each week within the home improvement industry. Articles must be well-researched, tightly written, and highly informative. Note: We will only consider applicants who attach proof of previously published work.
About You
Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, Communications, English, or related field preferred)
2+ years of proven writing experience
Expertise in writing SEO-friendly content for online publications
Knowledgeable in AP style
Exceptional attention to detail
Impeccable research skills, with the ability to synthesize and distill valuable information from reputable sources into layman’s terms
Ability to meet deadlines
Experience with home improvement projects (a bonus, not required)
