We're looking for a Franchise Sales Training Manager to support, train, and act as a valuable resource to our Pre-Print Area Directors and other members of our Franchise team.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:
Support daily and weekly training calls for Pre-Print Area Directors.
Deliver training curriculum to Growth Coaches, Pre-Print Area Directors, and Region Managers.
Train Pre-Print Area Directors and Growth Coaches in the field as needed via in-person or remote training methods.
Collaborate with our Growth Coaches and Region Managers to improve interviewing effectiveness and efficiency.
Plan Pre-Print Area Director curriculum for Conferences and engage with Pre-Print Area Director attendees.
Follow and promote N2's prescribed processes.
To Land This Gig, You Need To:
Be organized with strong attention to detail.
Have the ability to effectively manage small, moving parts.
Have good communication and collaboration skills.
Be energetic and personable.
Possess strong knowledge and understanding of the Area Director role and all N2 Company brands.
Willing to travel to markets across the country to do field training and attend company conferences.
