As an engineering manager at Lumos, you have massive responsibility to lead and grow our Foundations team. You’ll work closely with both technical cofounders and scale not just the team but the entire engineering organization and company!
✨ Your Responsibilities
Join us as our third engineering manager, and become a cornerstone of engineering leadership at Lumos. 🎊
Own and run devops and infrastructure. Create and execute on a vision to build world-class systems to support the rest of our engineering organization and our customers. ⭐
Lead our small team of senior Foundations engineers while also hiring and evolving the team as we prepare to hyperscale through our next phase of growth. 🚀
Grow our entire organization, implementing scalable and reliable engineering best practices and accelerating all other engineering teams. Improve upon the principles of engineering and management at Lumos. 🌱
💰Pay Range
$185,000 - $240,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
