ClinChoice is searching for a Formula Regulatory Review Associate Consultant with REMOTE option in CANADA for 12 months CONTRACT, to join one of our major consumer products clients.

We are currently seeking a Formula Regulatory Review Associate to join our Regulatory Affairs team and support the review and approval of cosmetic formulations in compliance with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities: •    Review and assess cosmetic product formulations for regulatory compliance with global standards (e.g., US, EU, Canada, Asia-Pacific). •    Ensure ingredient usage complies with regional restrictions, prohibitions, and concentration limits. •    Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams to ensure formulas meet regulatory and safety requirements. •    Maintain accurate documentation and records of formula assessments. •    Stay current with cosmetic regulatory changes and provide guidance to cross-functional teams. •    Support the preparation of product information files, safety assessments, and regulatory submissions as needed.

Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline such as Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related Physical Sciences. •    Minimum 1 year of relevant regulatory experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods industry. •    Working knowledge of cosmetic ingredient regulations (e.g., INCI, EU Cosmetic Regulation, FDA guidelines). •    Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory frameworks. •    Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and regulatory databases.

Preferred Qualifications: •    Experience with global cosmetic regulatory systems (e.g., EU CPNP, US MoCRA, etc.). •    Familiarity with formulation software or databases.
