We are looking for a Financial Systems Manager (NetSuite) with a strong focus on implementation of financial systems and process development. In this role, you will play an instrumental part in building a high-performing, professional finance function to support the rapid growth of Hostaway. The ideal candidate has strong experience in implementation of financial systems, processes and workflows in a demanding, international and fast-paced environment. Your focus will be on both implementation and further development of NetSuite as well as integrated systems, to support the needs of a growing organization. In this role you will report to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
Take project manager role in implementation of NetSuite and related financial systems as well as integrations thereof
Act a admin/super user of NetSuite
Initiate, build and implement financial processes together with relevant stakeholders and ensure feasibility from technical aspect
Perform analysis on financial processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation e.g. with system integrations
Ensure relevant process controls are in place and are consistently adhered to
Collaborate across internal stakeholder to identify opportunities for data and process integration as well as evaluate and make recommendations regarding proposed design modifications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to financial systems, including out-of-the-box functionality, system integrations, and customizations
Take responsibility of internal training for NetSuite to increase understanding and skills across the board
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience with NetSuite, including implementation experience either as a system consultant or inhouse
Localization experience in at least some of the following countries: Finland, United States, UK, Canada, and Spain
Familiarity with integration methods and mapping processes across multiple systems and databases
Experience of working with a high volume, multicurrency, multi-country environment
Experience with integration of online payment solutions to ERP/GL highly desirable (especially Stripe Connector/Suite Sync)
Capacity to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Past experience in core finance processes is seen as a plus
English language skills, both written and spoke
