POSITION SUMMARY

Truveris is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate Analyst to join the Finance department. In this role, you will report to the Finance Director, performing various FP&A functions, including analysis, reporting, and communication of financial results as well as ad hoc requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation/presentation of monthly departmental expense reports

• Prepare weekly sales/revenue packages

• Ensure the accuracy of revenue and invoicing forecast

• Supporting the Accounting team during the month-end close process, including updating the financial model & performing variance analyses

• Maintain sales commission software and review commission payments

• Be a financial resource across the organization, providing business insights and improving business processes

• Assist with ad hoc requests/projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics

• 1 -3 years of experience in Accounting or FP&A

• Experience with Microsoft Office products, NetSuite, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Salesforce

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting processes, financial reporting & analysis, and financial statements

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Base pay: $70,000 - $80,000 USD annually

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Truveris’s total compensation package for employees.
