Financial Analyst - Staff
Role Summary
The FP&A Analyst will support global financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Assistin monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
Perform variance analysis against plan and prioryear;identifykey drivers.
Prepare financial dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
Support headcount and expense modeling, including capital labor analysis.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation.
Maintain and enhance financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
Develop and deliver vendor reporting and analysis, including actuals vs. budget comparisons and total vendorspendacross all business groups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, or related field
1–3years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
Advancedproficiencyin Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and financial systems (HFM, Essbase, Workday, Adaptive Planning).
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills;abilityto work independently in a global environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to SaaS or technology driven companies
Experience with multi-entity international operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
