Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial statements and business finance fundamentals
Ability to accurately analyze P&Ls and perform EBITDA calculations
Comfortable working in Excel; advanced modeling experience not required
Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable asking clarifying questions
Willingness to learn M&A concepts through hands-on training
Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
Back-up power/internet is required
Primary Tasks
Financial Analysis & Valuation Support
Review client profit & loss statements and normalize earnings
Calculate EBITDA, EBIT, net income, and identify appropriate add-backs
Assist with valuation assessments using internal frameworks and tools
Ensure financial analyses are accurate, clear, and client-ready
Deal Math & LOI Interpretation
Analyze Letters of Intent (LOIs) from a financial perspective
Model transaction outcomes, including:
Purchase price calculations
Earn-outs and contingent consideration
Timing and payout scenarios
Support senior advisors by translating complex deal language into clear financial outcome
Financial Due Diligence Support
Respond to buyer financial information requests prior to Quality of Earnings (QoE)
Organize and prepare financial materials for diligence review
Coordinate internally to ensure financial data is complete and consistent
Documentation & Internal Support
Assist with preparation of financial exhibits for CIMs and presentations
Maintain internal spreadsheets and valuation tools (training provided)
Collaborate with advisors, analysts, and interns to ensure smooth deal flow

Competitive pay is at 45,000 gross + 13th Month pay
48,000 salary upon regularization
Pay begins on day 1 of training
