The Opportunity:

  • Build out financial models for both existing business lines as well as new initiatives from bottom up.

  • Work closely with Institutional business partners informing not only the model output but help to inform full business case to senior management and executive leadership.

  • Work with Treasury to track, manage, and forecast profitability, program uses and balance sheet line items.

  • Evaluate financial and operational results to better drive company performance and identify opportunities in both revenue growth and expense management.

  • Build relationships across the organization and become a trusted partner to our functional leaders and partners.

  • Provide analyses and recommendations on financial and operational metrics to executive management to support decision-making.

Skills you should HODL:

  • Prior experience engaging directly with product and business leads with full model ownership including the build out of full P&L as well as driving end to end business case development (timelines, cost structure, expected benefit, risks).

  • Outstanding communicator with excellent analytical skills with strong ability to synthesize complex work streams into clear and actionable recommendations.

  • Practical knowledge of analyzing and forecasting Institutional Sales (pipeline, productivity etc) and/or Balance Sheet-based activities (capital allocation for program usage, profitability/liquidity analysis and WACC calculation etc).

  • Key understanding of GAAP accounting principles and highly proficient with G-Suite/Sheets.

  • Hands-on experience in SQL and database querying.

  • Expertise in FP&A best practices, including early adoption of the latest tools and technologies.

  • Excellent financial modeler with clear ability to incorporate drivers, KPIs, executive summary pages, and dynamic color-coded inputs.

  • Ability to operate within ambiguous conditions and build out new processes with effective models and presentations to support decision making.
