The Opportunity

You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files

• Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare documents, data entry and workflows

• Talk to customers on financial issues via email or phone

• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?

• 6 months to 1 year of accounting work experience

• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus

• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills

• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

• Confidentiality and integrity

Details of the Job:

• Full time, 8-hour shift, US EST hours, Monday to Friday

• Rate is from $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)
