We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Specialist to support our HKASEAN Finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate accounts payable invoices, resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate posting in Oracle

  • Prepare quarterly GST reports for applicable jurisdictions

  • Reconcile bank statements weekly against general ledger entries

  • Maintain accounting databases, including data entry and backup documentation

  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable adjustments

  • Manage monthly revaluation of foreign vendor balances and cash positions

  • Prepare and maintain weekly funding requirement schedules

  • Assist in statutory audits for HKASEAN entities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or Business Management

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with solid exposure to accounts payable and general ledger

  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and cycles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Collaborative team player

  • Must be available to work overtime during critical periods, especially month-end close
