Finance Manager
Location: Remote – US Work from Home. Commuting distance to Northern VA preferred. Otherwise, mustreside in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, MA, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA
Reports to: CFO
Role Summary
SuccessKPI is seeking a Finance Manager to play a critical role on our Finance team, with a primary focus on FP&A, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional financial execution.
This role will work closely with the CFO and partner across the organization to support and execute the company’s financial strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, comfort operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business decisions.
What You’llOwn
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Build, maintain, and enhance forecasts and operating models
Own reporting and tracking of key SaaS operating metrics (ARR, MRR, churn etc.)
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
Partner closely with the CFO and cross-functional leaders to support financial and operational decision-making
Prepare and presentfinancial reporting formultiple audiences,including internalleadership, the Board, and external stakeholders
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly closeprocesses and support the annual GAAP audit
Collaborate with Sales and RevOpsto manage and optimize the order-to-cash lifecycle
Work across departments to provide insights,analysis, and accountability in support of company-wide operating goals
What You’ll Bring
5–8+ years of experience in FP&A,Corporate Finance, or related roles
Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business strongly preferred
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Proven experience partnering cross-functionally, including with Accounting, Sales,Operations, and RevOps
Strong understanding of ARR/MRR and SaaS operating metrics
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs
