What We're Looking For:
A reliable Finance Lead who will assist in maintaining various financial tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Financial Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain financial data including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
Expense Tracking: Monitor expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the finance department.
Team Management: Oversee our Accounting Admin VAs
Education and Experience Requirements:
BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (optional, but not required)
3-5 years managerial experience
Proficiency in financial software and tools QuickBooks online, Excel or Google Sheets, and financial management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization
Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual environment.
Ramp and Stripe knowledge, optional, but highly desirable
Job Details:
Full-time status (40 hours per week)
Able to work during US Eastern time zone
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate of $6.00-$8.00 USD (depending on experience)
