Field Marketing Manager
Why this role matters:
As a Field Marketing Manager, in the API Business Unit, you will execute on the field and partner marketing strategy and planned activities to support sales efforts to drive customer acquisition and growth objectives.
You will manage marketing plans and run programs like events, direct marketing, emails, content syndication as well as budgeting, marketing admin and reporting. You will also have an understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM), utilizing ABM tools, to increase engagements and open doors in a highly targeted set of accounts.
This role will work closely with senior field marketing managers, ABM campaign managers, sales, product marketing and corporate marketing teams
Your key responsibilities:
Develop marketing plans in conjunction with the Senior Field Manager and Sales Leaders, ensuring alignment with sales priorities, goals, and relevant ABM campaigns.
Collaborate closely with sales, leveraging tools like 6Sense to create targeted account lists and execute ABM tactics that support opportunity development.
Plan and execute events, including industry trade shows, C-Suite level roundtables, networking experiences, and webinars, to engage & expand ABM accounts.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to create materials for events, webinars, emails, and other campaigns to position the company as a thought leader.
Drive direct marketing efforts for account door openers, including prospecting, nurturing, account navigation, opportunity development, and deal support.
Innovate and test new approaches for reaching & engaging ABM accounts.
Track and forecast performance and maintain up-to-date planning documents.
Manage budgets, marketing resources, vendors and agencies to ensure efficient and effective execution. This includes hosting 1:1 meetings with vendors to drive engagement in ABM accounts.

Required:
Experience in field marketing, partner marketing, ABM, events, localized campaigns, and account engagement.
Marketing experience in SaaS B2B, software, or high-tech environments.
Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams and fostering strong relationships.
Critical thinker with a data-driven, metrics-focused, results-oriented approach.
Proficient in ABM tools like 6Sense and integrated marketing capabilities.
Strong project management skills, adaptability to fast-changing environments, and dedication to excellence.
Positive, agile, and collaborative team player who works seamlessly with Sales and Centers of Excellence.
