Position Summary:
The Field Marketing Manager supports the Americas Channel and Field Marketing initiatives by working within an ever-changing environment to ensure a consistent lead pipeline through campaign strategy and content management across the Americas Go to Market (GTM) calendar. They work with key stakeholders to assist in the build and strategy of a campaign, from the development of the strategic brief and implementation of high-quality work to tracking, optimizing, and sharing performance metrics with stakeholders. The Manager combines marketing strategy and tactical execution to drive brand awareness at events, content engagement across the region, and support sales-led activity to drive new opportunities and revenue pipeline.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supports and coordinates the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for events in the Americas region through collaboration with the creative team and other departments to secure content and promotional materials, enlist experiential advertisement opportunities, formulate unique campaign strategies, etc.
Aligns with Marketing, Sales, and Vendor stakeholders to manage, organize, and deploy resources within the sales enablement tool, Highspot, to ensure content optimization across follow-up strategies within the Americas region. This includes reporting on engagement/trends of content to leadership.
Proactively maintains the Americas editorial content calendar to ensure the Pax8 brand, voice, and identity are adhered to across the Americas GTM Calendar.
Collaborates with the Demand Generation team to uncover lead strategies and determine processes for sales to act on and expand the active partner base.
Takes on the role of a process champion, demonstrating a deep understanding of lead flow and actively promoting effective implementation.
Proactively studies industry trends to ensure innovative ideas are effectively displayed at both virtual and in-person global events.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least five (5) years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B Marketing.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Highspot, and Wrike and expertise in campaign management and lead nurturing.
Excellent written and persuasive communication skills with experience pitching ideas and reporting measurement while uncovering key insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment.
Highly organized and process-driven with extreme attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and utilize superior multitasking skills to complete projects promptly.
Ability to be self-motivated and results-oriented.
Exceptional listening and learning skills to anticipate stakeholder needs.
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing) or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $88,000 or more depending on experience
