Field Marketing Manager
Role Overview
The Field Marketing Manager will play a dual role: (1) driving field marketing execution for events and sales enablement, and (2) managing One Model’s Evangelist Advocacy Program by connecting with industry influencers and coordinating partnerships. This role requires a mix of hands-on execution, team coordination, and strategic program management to ensure seamless event delivery, sales support, and influencer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Event Execution
Plan, manage, and oversee logistics for One Model field marketing events including conferences, sponsored dinners, and webinars.
Work with internal team and external vendors for collateral and swag production and distribution.
Support Account Executives (AEs) with event needs, including scouting and booking venues for dinners, setting up registration/RSVP pages, coordinating catering/AV, and tracking attendance.
Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up, including distributing attendee lists, video assets, and other materials to the team.
Ability to travel periodically (with advance notice) to attend and manage multi-day work events and conferences.
Evangelist Advocacy Program
Build and maintain relationships with a select group of industry influencers, advocates, and thought leaders to expand One Model’s visibility and credibility.
Coordinate influencer contracts, agreements, and payments in alignment with marketing budgets.
Coordinate structured advocacy initiatives (e.g., social campaigns, webinar participation, joint content creation) that amplify One Model’s brand reach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align field marketing and advocacy efforts with business goals.
Serve as the point of coordination for cross-team involvement in field events and advocacy campaigns.
Provide project management support to ensure timely execution of deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Performance & Strategy
Analyze and report on the success of events and advocacy campaigns; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bring market and competitive insights back to the marketing leadership team to inform broader strategy.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Event Planning Expertise: Proven experience in event planning and field marketing including coordination of contracts and payments, logistic orders, and booth experience.
Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Wrike or Asana is preferred.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with sales teams, external partners, and marketing leadership.
Adaptability: Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with higher-level strategic planning.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, like Hubspot, and event management platforms.
Work Style: Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
