Federal Saviynt Configuration Engineer (IGA)
The Saviynt Configuration Analyst supports implementation and operational activities within the Saviynt IGA platform. This role focuses on configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and day-to- day platform support under the guidance of a Senior Architect or Technical Lead.
Analysts act as frontline support during implementation and post go-live stabilization, helping ensure identity processes function smoothly for business users and IT teams.
Platform Configuration
Configure Saviynt modules based on approved designs, including:
Access request workflows
Certification campaigns
JML processes
Entitlement mappings and roles
Assist with connector setup and basic integration configurations.
Maintain configuration documentation and change logs.
Implementation Support
Support deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
Assist with data loads, entitlement discovery, and application onboarding.
Execute test cases and support UAT cycles.
Help validate workflows, approvals, and provisioning outcomes.
Operational Support
Troubleshoot common platform issues including:
Certification errors
Provisioning failures
Workflow delays
Support business users and application owners with access and certification questions.
Escalate complex issues to Architects with clear technical details and logs.
Continuous Improvement
Assist with minor enhancements and configuration optimizations.
Support periodic access review campaigns and audit activities.
Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation efforts.
WHAT YOU BRING
U.S. Citizenship: Applicants must be United States citizens.
2–4 years of experience with Saviynt or similar IGA platforms.
Hands-on experience with:
Saviynt UI and configuration modules
Workflow execution and basic rule logic
Understanding of IAM concepts:
Access provisioning
Role-based access
Certifications and audits
Ability to follow detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Saviynt L100/L200 certification or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting enterprise IGA implementations.
Basic scripting or API familiarity.
Exposure to cloud identity platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.).
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
$80,000 - $130,000 a year

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 - $130,000 annually.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
