💼 What You’ll Be Doing
As the Facebook Ads Specialist, you’ll manage campaigns from planning to optimization—ensuring strong performance, thoughtful testing, and clear reporting.
Core Responsibilities
✔ Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (with exposure to TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more) ✔ Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI ✔ Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies ✔ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities ✔ Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets (graphics, videos, copy) ✔ Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices ✔ Leverage audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve results ✔ Build and present performance reports with actionable insights ✔ Deliver weekly reporting, including optimizations and recommendations (shared via Slack with stakeholders) ✔ Create client-ready decks as requested
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
You’re a strong fit if you bring:
🔹 4+ years of hands-on Facebook / Instagram Ads experience 🔹 Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, or Snapchat (nice-to-have) 🔹 2+ years of organic social media management experience 🔹 Ability to clearly communicate performance insights and paid social strategy 🔹 Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools 🔹 Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills 🔹 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 🔹 Experience managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

⭐ Experience using Canva or similar tools for quick creative support ⭐ Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal communication
