About The Role
We are Invisible's Talent Acquisition Team, dedicated to driving measurable business impact through the attraction of exceptional talent. Our mission is to attract and engage top-tier candidates for our Partner & Specialist workforce. In this contract role, with the potential to transition into full-time employment, you will focus on supporting executive hiring efforts across all departments. Reporting directly to the VP of Executive Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the strategy and execution of securing top-tier executive talent that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and vision. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the leadership team and potentially grow into a permanent role within the organization.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with department heads, C-suite executives, and senior leadership to understand their unique talent needs, contributing to tailored search strategies, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. You will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of executive search processes, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and engagement. Your work will help ensure the team meets hiring targets and brings in transformative leaders who drive long-term value for the business.

What You’ll Do
Identify, source, and engage executive-level candidates through innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging your professional network, and creatively building pipelines for niche and leadership roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers, C-suite executives, and senior stakeholders to develop tailored recruitment strategies and proactive talent pipelines for each role.
Manage the entire recruiting process within Greenhouse ATS, from initial sourcing and outreach to final offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Invisible, fostering an exceptional candidate journey that reflects our values and sets the stage for successful leadership hires.
Utilize recruiting metrics to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, continuously identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and enhance the candidate pipeline.
What We Need
10+ years of recruiting experience (mix of agency and in-house)
5+ years of executive recruiting experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
Demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline, identifying exceptional talent and how to close them
Expert in running complex/niche recruitment strategies that hold candidate experience to a high bar
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct, proven ability to meet deadlines and exceed goals
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $65 - $80 per hour
