Help us keep complex, multi-workstream projects running smoothly. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll support project coordination across clients and internal departments, ensuring timelines, reporting, and execution rhythms stay organized and on track.

What You’ll Do
Project coordination (client / department): Support multiple concurrent projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items. Ensure accountability across stakeholders and maintain tight execution standards.
Dashboard & workflow management: Build and maintain centralized dashboards that provide clear visibility into progress, milestones, risks, and ownership. Ensure accuracy and real-time updates, especially for stakeholder-facing views.
Stakeholder reporting & communication: Provide consistent updates, maintain organized documentation, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned. Overlap with U.S. time zones (EST or PST) for meetings and timely follow-through.
Systems & automation support: Help maintain project templates, dashboards, and integrations. Improve workflows while preserving systems that already work effectively.
Long-term engagement support: Assist with complex, multi-workstream engagements that may extend long term. Coordinate across distributed teams to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
Process improvement & quality control: Identify gaps, reduce friction, and proactively suggest workflow enhancements. Maintain a high standard of detail and organization, particularly in shared dashboards.
What You’ll Bring
At least 1 year of experience in cross-functional coordination, operations, and administration
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working across time zones with U.S. teams
Ability to execute from existing templates while proactively improving processes
