Take over a key role as an Exclusive Operations Executive in the Business & Operations - KSA department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
Support the KSA Exclusive Operations team by executing daily operational processes with accuracy and speed
Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, aiming to improve the overall customer experience
Monitor and increase fulfillment rates by identifying gaps and taking proactive actions
Track and report performance metrics such as utilization and unfulfillment, ensuring data accuracy
Conduct outbound calls when required, following quality grading standards
Contribute to special projects that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with your immediate team and team leader, keeping communication clear and timely
What we are looking for:
13 years of experience in customer support or operations
Strong analytical , problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Strong communication skills in Arabic and good proficiency in English
Comfort working six days a week in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Experience in the service industry (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tools
Strong experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite tools such as Excel, Google slides etc
Experience working in fast-growth or startup-like environments
