We are currently looking for an Event Marketing Manager, who will join a small, action-oriented event marketing team, working with Event Operations Coordinator and reporting directly to the Event Lead.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage marketing participation in conferences, exhibitions, partner events, and webinars
Work directly with Event Lead on event planning, priorities, and execution
Prepare event briefs, timelines, and internal communications
Align with Sales and Marketing teams on messaging, goals, and meeting planning
Coordinate branding, content, booth presence, and promotional materials
Work closely with the Event Logistics Coordinator, who supports operational logistics and on-site execution
Communicate with vendors, agencies, and partners when needed
Upload, manage, and process event leads in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up with the Sales team
Track key event metrics (meetings, leads, engagement) and support post-event reporting
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Event Marketing or Event Coordination, preferably in an IT / Tech company
Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is highly preferred
Experience supporting B2B events and conferences
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including uploading and managing leads
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
Fluent English
High attention to detail - you notice what others miss
Broad outlook and strong visual/market awareness
Not afraid of routine tasks and able to handle operational work consistently
Self-driven and proactive, able to move things forward without constant supervision
Strong sense of ownership over your scope and deadlines
Structured and organized
Clear communicator
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage last-minute changes
Curious mindset and willingness to learn and improve
