Insurance is a trillion dollar market that is fundamental to society, yet it has not modernized — until now.

Newfront is building the modern insurance experience.

We've reimagined the experience for clients, prospects, and employees, altering the way people create, understand, select, transact, and use insurance. We're changing the approach so that it starts and ends with the client, not the product, and empowering people for moments that matter.

Our unique approach recognizes both the vast potential of technology and the fundamental role of insurance experts. We're a technology-driven company with DE&I in our DNA and strong values; we believe people matter most.

Our mission is to define the future of the insurance industry, while instilling a high performance culture in combination with living our Work, Love, Play ethos each day. We value balanced lives and are passionate about creating a culture of wellness that results in healthier, happier, and more productive employees, and more successful clients.

Newfront is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in planning and executing various events to promote our insurance services to businesses. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts by coordinating events effectively and providing support to the broader event team.

If you are passionate about events and want to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of the insurance industry, apply now to join Newfront. We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work environment that values work-life balance.

This position is a salary, exempt, and full-time role and will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.  This is a US based hybrid or remote role, with the option to work from any of Newfront's locations. A Hybrid option will be considered if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location.  #LI-Remote

  • Lead and effectively manage small events and projects with oversight from senior team members.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and conferences.

  • Work with the Event Manager and internal stakeholders to compile event invite lists.

  • Lead day-to-day management of event RSVP lists and compiling weekly reports.

  • Collaborate with the Event Manager to manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, signage, and other event-related services.

  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Prepare event materials such as presentations, agendas, attendee lists, and name tags.

  • Maintain accurate records of event expenses, invoices, and receipts.

  • Schedule post-event activities, including attendee feedback surveys and event debriefs.

  • Facilitate new event inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders.

  • Be the cornerstone of organization within the team, managing pivotal event documents and communications.

  • Effectively communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees to ensure smooth event execution.

What you bring to the table:

  • 1 to 3 years admin/coordinator experience, preferably within an events-focused role.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing event logistics and documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and G Drive.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings or weekends as required for events.

  • Matching 401K (Vested from day one)

  • 12 paid company holidays

  • Rewarding Wellness program

  • Network of passionate, highly educated and dedicated team members

  • Training and Development

  • Flexible and Diverse Work Environment
