ESG Reporting Analyst - IN

Job Description Summary

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collect and analyze sustainability data across our operations, including energy consumption, water usage, waste management, and carbon emissions

• Develop and maintain sustainability reporting systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely data collection

• Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports, including annual sustainability reports, CDP disclosures, and other ESG-related communications

• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure data accuracy

• Monitor and stay up-to-date with sustainability reporting frameworks, standards, and regulations relevant to the data center industry

• Assist in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives to improve our environmental performance

• Support the creation of sustainability-related presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders

• Engage with sustainability rating agencies and respond to ESG-related inquiries

**Qualifications: **

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in sustainability reporting, corporate reporting, or data analysis, preferably in the technology or data center

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization software)

Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP

Knowledge of environmental management systems and green building certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED, Energy Star)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

Strong project management and organizational skills
