Job Title: ERP Manager (Oracle & SAP) Location: Remote   About the Role  We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ERP Manager to lead our Oracle & SAP ERP strategy across multiple modules. The ideal candidate is not only strong technically but also business-savvy, capable of making key decisions, hiring ERP talent, and driving end-to-end ERP implementations.   Key Responsibilities 

• Lead ERP implementation, upgrades & integration (Oracle & SAP).

• Manage 4–5 SAP modules (MM, ABAP, FI/CO, SD, PP, etc.).

• Partner with leadership to align ERP systems with business goals.

• Screen, hire & build ERP teams as per project requirements.

• Ensure ERP compliance, reporting, and system security.

• Collaborate with vendors & stakeholders for seamless operations.

• Provide strategic ERP insights for business decision-making.

  We’re Looking For 

• 10–15+ years of ERP experience with Oracle + SAP expertise.

• Proven track record in end-to-end ERP implementation.

• Strong functional & technical exposure across multiple SAP modules.

• Ability to recruit, lead, and mentor ERP professionals.

• Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills.

• Smart, confident personality with business acumen.
