Figma is seeking a talented and experienced Equity Operations professional to join its growing Accounting team. This role will report to the Director of Equity Administration and will be integral in facilitating and scaling Figma's equity incentive programs. This role will be focused on managing daily equity plan and capitalization table activity, employee experience, and data integrity in Shareworks. You will be a key member of the team and have the opportunity to build, drive and scale processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Responsible for accurate data and reporting of equity and managing the Shareworks relationship.
Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare and provide reports, data and other materials to support company wide equity initiatives and legal, tax, and accounting compliance.
Drive improvements and synergies by partnering with cross-functional teams on various equity compensation matters including system integrations, new equity programs, and other initiatives.
Manage and maintain the company's equity capitalization table and support investor relations inquiries.
Reconcile data and manage system integrations between employee data and payroll.
Educate employees on the structure and value of their equity compensation
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years of experience in equity administration.
Certified Equity Professional level 3.
Equity operations experience at a high growth private or public company.
Deep and hands-on Shareworks system experience.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills including pivot tables, vlookup, macros, etc.
Strong understanding of global equity taxation and regulatory and compliance matters related to equity programs.
Equity operations experience at a high growth private or public company.
Proven track record of managing projects that require problem-solving and cross-functional partnership.
Ability to independently and accurately execute and self-audit.
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Certified Public Accountant certification.
Technical equity accounting experience at a high growth private or public company.
