The Team
The Professional Services team in Anaplan services customers across EMEA, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (customer success, account executives, pre-sales, applications and product teams) and external stakeholders (customers, partners and prospects) to define and design best-in-class solutions.
The team consists of industry experts, and Anaplan experts alongside experienced project managers to service customers following the Anaplan Way methodology. You have the opportunity to learn the Anaplan platform, and enhancing your skills across industries and functional areas.
The global team has over 100 architects and model builders, and has delivered over 2,400 projects in the last decade!
Anaplan Professional Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Solution Architect.This is a full-time position based in Italy (remote), with a focus on delivering Anaplan planning solutions to strategic accounts.
If you thrive on solving complex problems and enjoy working on intricate puzzles, this role is for you. This opportunity is ideal for a high achiever capable of translating sophisticated business challenges into effective solution designs for clients.
Your Impact
Convert existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into advanced Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
Adjust existing models to optimize or incorporate new functionality as part of a connected solution.
Act as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions.
Exemplify The Anaplan Way in all tasks.
Provide timely, candid feedback and progress updates to the Business Partner and team.
Develop comprehensive model documentation.
Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
Your Qualifications
4+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
Knowledge of formal system implementation methodology, preferably Agile.
Fluent in English.
Proven ability to lead and execute responsibilities simultaneously.
Understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound).
Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning.
Preferred Skills
A collaborative style with a strong appetite for service excellence.
Preferred experience in planning and modeling within Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Results-oriented, motivated, and a self-starter.
A coaching mentality.
Desire to work with a dynamic and exciting team, with a 'roll-up your sleeves' approach.
Strong desire to excel and gain exposure to multiple industries while furthering your career.
