Your Role:
The Enterprise Systems Specialist - People Systems is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s HRIS and related IT systems. This role focuses on configuring, integrating, and helping automate processes to improve system efficiency and ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities:
System Administration: Configure and maintain HRIS and IT systems to align with organizational needs.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and employee data across all systems.
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes to improve efficiency.
Integrations: Collaborate with the automation team to analyze and implement integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications (e.g., payroll, finance, benefits, recruiting).
User Training & Documentation: Provide training to end-users and system administrators and maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for self-help.
Technical Support: Respond to system issues and bug reports from employees, including creating requirements for new features or functionality.
Vendor Management: Serve as the point of contact for systems vendors.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in HRIS management at a mid-size tech company.
Experience providing remote support globally.
Expert in managing and optimizing enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, etc.).
Strong experience integrating HRIS systems with external ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) to streamline processes.
Experience with HRIS migrations and managing API integrations between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, finance, recruiting, ERP).
Ability to work with reporting tools to generate and analyze HR data.
Strong experience with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to manage projects efficiently.
Experience with tools like Okta, managing user permissions, and ensuring system security.
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Deel) integrations is a plus.
