The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Enterprise SaaS Specialist to manage software license agreements, ensure compliance with licensing terms, and optimize software licensing strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in administering and maintaining 3rd party SaaS agreements reducing costs to Netflix while creating frictionless experiences for our end users.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and drive adoption of Netflix’s 3rd party enterprise software catalog
Drive cross-collaboration with partner teams within IT, Infosec, Engineering, and Finance to ensure solutions are viable and scalable within our ecosystem
Administer software license agreements, including tracking license usage, managing renewals, and coordinating audits and compliance reviews
Ensure compliance with licensing terms and regulations, and enforce license agreements to protect intellectual property and mitigate risks of non-compliance
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on matters related to software licensing
Develop and maintain relationships with software suppliers and partners, and stay abreast of licensing terms, pricing changes, and new product offerings
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics related to software licensing, and develop reports and dashboards to track performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, client success, or related roles, preferably within a B2B or enterprise software environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve client outcomes
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
Experience working with enterprise software systems, CRM platforms, and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 - $720,000.
Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
