About the role:

Companies around the world are already using Goodnotes for productivity and collaboration at work. You will join our brand-new Enterprise team distributed team across Europe and Asia focusing specifically our Enterprise offering. You will work alongside other Sales and Account Managers, as well as Engineers and Designers to help build and improve our new Enterprise features. This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

  • Customer Success: Promptly answer client requests and questions regarding invoices, license keys, and their deployment, often involving guidance to our support page or sharing relevant support content.

  • Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients, and ensure they are paid on time.

  • License Key Creation: Create license keys and send them to clients with detailed instructions for deployment.

  • Business Development: Engage with both existing and new clients to foster sales opportunities, working closely with Hubspot to streamline the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Technical sales environment

  • Proficient in Japanese and English

  • Familiarity with Goodnotes app.

  • Good writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Analytical skills to translate user data and feedback into actionable insights.

  • Passion for helping people

Interview process:

  • Submit your application along with a cover letter, sell yourself.

  • A take home assignment to deal with an hypothetical customer request.

  • A role-specific call with your potential future manager, our business operations manager. This is where you get to see what it would be like working at Goodnotes as well as the chance to ask any job specific questions. You will also be expected to prepare a short presentation on a pet project you’d like to work on during your time with Goodnotes.
