We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales in the strategic segments. A successful Sales Executive at Creatio will be accountable for the European regional sales performance to achieve revenue goals and grow the number of strategic accounts in the region. The role could be based in any location in Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory;

  • manage the end-to-end sales process for enterprise-level accounts;

  • develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations;

  • choreograph and conduct on-site assessments of client needs and requirements;

  • work with regional partners to align resources and strategies on joint opportunities;

  • design account plans and manage relationships with the existing accounts to identify opportunities for cross and up-sales.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • successful background in solution selling;

  • 2+ years of experience working within enterprise software sales;

  • experience with CRM/BPM software is strongly preferred;

  • excellent communication skills;

  • native Polish, fluent English — both verbal and written.
