Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial and self-driven Engineering Manager. This person will directly impact Pinterest’s business success. As a leader of a multidisciplinary team, you will be working to organize execution and strategy across several business verticals
What you’ll do
Manage and mentor a team of Web, Backend, iOS and Android engineers, providing guidance and support to grow their careers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, data scientists.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who will shape our team level strategy
Someone who knows how to develop high impact, high velocity teams
