The Notifications Delivery Platform team is responsible for developing and maintaining the Notifications Platform, including the ML Platform components that power omni-channel notifications personalization at scale.The team has consistently contributed towards the company’s Growth goals, by minimizing churn and re-engaging users through highly personalized and timely omni-channel Notifications.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and coach the team of backend engineers, providing guidance and support to grow their careers.

• Lead the development and execution of engineering strategy and roadmap for Notifications Delivery Platform.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (PM, DS, PMM etc.) to plan and deliver on the Notifications OKRs.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, with 6+ years of industry experience developing and operating large-scale backend platforms (e.g. platform for search ranking, feed recommendations or ads delivery).

• 1+ years experience on managing backend teams with 5+ engineers.

In-Office Requirement Statement: 

• We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.

• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
