The Flywheel Product Line is responsible for spinning HubSpot’s enterprise Flywheel faster. We’re leading the charge to transform HubSpot’s Go-to-Market into a world class operating system that operates at AI speed, with AI intelligence, for AI-native buyers. We build for HubSpot’s GTM Engineers, front line reps, and partners so they can perform their best work and deliver value to customers at scale.
The Demand Management group is the engine that turns demand into revenue at scale. We collaborate closely with data sciences, machine learning, and strategy & operations teams to enrich and identify leads and shape demand fulfillment through our multi-modal sales strategy. Our Demand Engine is an AI native, dynamic, and data-driven product that refines, routes, and optimizes our sales capacity to route the right lead to the right rep at the right time with the right context so that our Sales reps focus most on what matters. By joining our team you’ll develop expertise across a wide variety of the HubSpot product suite, work with the latest technologies, and see the direct connection of your work to the engine that drives HubSpot!
In this role you will:
Direct a team of about 8 engineers in creating capabilities that deliver accurate, high quality data and feedback loops to support our lead management and sales operations.
Foster an inclusive environment within small cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts.
Collaborate and build trusted relationships with HubSpotters all over the company, whether in engineering, product, design, research, marketing, or sales.
Deliver value iteratively by envisioning, experimenting, building, and monitoring the performance of new features and tools that contribute to HubSpots growth.

You may be a fit if:
You have experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, data architectures (MDM, Data Mesh, etc.) and/or data platforms and tooling (Snowflake, Amplitude, Looker). You are not afraid to dive into the data in partnership with our operations and analytics teams.
Experience working with Go To Market teams, internal product teams, business process automation, and/or customized CRM implementations.
You demonstrate a strong user focus with the ability to understand user needs and empathize with the challenges they face.
You not only get excited about big technical challenges, but being close to our business and go-to-market strategies.
Key Expectations for this role:
An Engineering Lead or Engineering Manager with at least 2 years of experience in role, including hiring, developing and promoting engineers
Experience growing Technical Leads and track record of acting as a player-coach in building software and developing products to solve customer problems and drive business impact.
Experience in working backwards from outcomes to establish a technical vision and roadmap and leading execution against these outcomes.
A track record of delivering complex, performant, reliable and scalable distributed systems and/or infrastructure in a Cloud environment (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) from design to large-scale operations.
Excellent communication skills and experience working across multiple teams.
An understanding of how to foster Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
