Figma is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to join our team and drive the ongoing enablement of our sales organization. The Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for designing and executing enablement programs that impact the global Sales Org, including internal communications, content and knowledge management/governance, Sales All Hands, Sales Org Events (SKO, mid-year kick-off, Leadership Offsite, etc.). 

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Develop structured and repeatable processes and playbooks for the Sales Enablement team

  • Maintain the Enablement owned CMS, including ensuring governance to content guidelines

  • Own the project management of large scale Enablement channels ie. SKO, Fignite, Global Leadership Offsite, Enablement Newsletter, and Bi-Weekly Sales All Hands (called Sales Talks)

  • Develop a cross-functional intake program and proactive engage with XF teams to understand their roadmaps, how it impacts the field, and build out a prioritization strategy and Enablement roadmap

  • Cultivate a strong relationship of trust with the Enablement team and Leaders

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 2+ years of Project or Program Management experience or Consulting experience

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt on the fly, while establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines at a fast pace, in a rapidly changing environment

  • Experience working cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Legal, Finance and Product 

  • Experience using conversation intelligence tools like Chorus, Gong to create strong coaching culture

  • Excellent communication (written/verbal), facilitation skills, and ability to breakdown complex topics to easily develop a project plan

  • Experience leading without authority and holding cross-functional teams accountable 

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience working at a software-as-a-service company

  • Ability to tackle large ambiguous challenges that you haven’t tackled before

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role (ie. Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, AM, AE, or BDR)

  • Certified Project Management Certification

  • Experience in Sales Methodologies (ie. MEDDICC, Value Selling, Challenger, Command The Message, etc)

  • Experience managing Content Management Systems (CMS) and developing and managing content governance 

  • Video Editing/Instructional Design experience
